*Yoga for Pregnancy & Active Birth Weekends at King Parrot Retreat*
Nestled at the foothills of the Otway Ranges and less than two hours
drive from Melbourne is the King Parrot Retreat Centre. Set in 200
acres of bushland and rain forest, accommodation features gorgeous
architecturally designed, self-contained cottages.

These weekend retreats are a wonderful opportunity to practice
prenatal yoga with your partner. Experience the many ways yoga
stretches and breathing practices will assist to bring you comfort
during pregnancy and prepare you both for the challenges and joys of
childbirth. Classes focus on the techniques that contribute to active
labour and birth.

The yoga classes are held in a relaxed, lighthearted atmosphere, with
the emphasis on making the teachings of yoga for active birth very
accessible and relevant. In between classes, there will be plenty of
time to snack, rest, relax, take in the glorious bush setting and most
importantly to simply spend time together. Delicious meals will be
prepared through out the retreat, with special dietary needs happily
accommodated.
